In brief: Locating a Customer's Booking is fast, easy and doable in a few simple steps.


Once logged into EzTix you will notice along the top of the screen on the right hand side an easily accessible SEARCH BOOKINGS bar. Locate any booking no matter where you are in the system (except within the BOOKINGS tab itself).


OR 


Select the  BOOKINGS tab and search for the guest information.

The engine will look at data in your guests' and buyer's names, email addresses, invoice or ticket number, offline booking number or source.

From the results screen you'll be able to email your guests directly, view their full booking history, resend tickets, make edits to the booking, convert their order to an e-certificate, process refunds, process a date exchange, view their tickets, check guests in or suppress the post-event email.
