In brief: Please refer to the solution: How to find Bookings/Guest should you need a refresher as to how to locate the relevant booking to then resend tickets to your guests.

  • Once the Booking is located through BOOKINGS or EVENTS > View BOOKING by searching by email address, last name etc, then click on the respective Booking and select the "Resend Tickets" button. 
  • Confirm the email address where the email should be sent and make any adjustments if needed.
  • Click Send.
