In brief: Guests often need to update their responses to your marketing questions, particularly when they are related to allergies or accessibility needs. Follow the steps below to update buyer questions on a booking:

STEP 1: Select the BOOKINGS tab and search for the guest's booking (by email address etc).

STEP 2: This is the Bookings view.  Locate your guests' booking and click on the booking to view the booking details. 

STEP 3:  Once the booking is open, select "Edit."

STEP 4: Make the adjustments to the marketing questions in the dialogue and click save.  Only responses that need to be edited must have responses.

STEP 5: Click Save.
