Step 3: Assign Tour Guides
Assign tour guides through the Calendar view by clicking on the event date and selecting the event date/time, then drag and drop the available guides to the "selected guides" section. To ensure the guide appears in the Available Guides section, ensure your tour guides have been assigned to the correct tour as outline in the article link mentioned above.
