In brief: If requests for bookings arrive after a sales cutoff, we can still offer guests tickets through our call centre. Please NOTE: the timing settings are hard and fast rules for our agents to act upon.  We are not able to reach out to verify these requests with you, so please consider this when setting these details.


HOW TO SET YOUR LATE SALES POLICY


STEP 1: Select  Templates tab on the top part of your screen. 


STEP 2: Click "Edit Template" next to the experience you wish to add/edit sales info for

 

STEP 3: Select the Sales Info tab on the left hand side of the screen. 


Scroll down to the Late Sales section of the Sales Info to set your policy:
