In brief: Customize the branding or your emails by uploading a unique email header for each experience. If you upload a email header, it will populate at the top of each of your outbound customer facing emails as a custom panel.

UPLOADING A CUSTOM HEADER

 

STEP 1:

Select Templates in the main menu bar. 


STEP 2:

Find the template you would like to edit, from the list of experiences and click "Edit/Manage" on the right hand bar. 


STEP 3:

Select the Customization tab


STEP 4:

Select the Messages tab within the account


STEP 5:

  • You'll notice that you will see the Email Header section. 
  • To upload an email header for any customization email, reminder email or post event email sent out that is associated to your tour select "Choose File" and save. 
  • You will need to upload a file that is between 100-200 pixels Height and minimum 821 in width. 
  • Remember to ensure your content and settings for emails are turned on as well.
