In brief: If one of your staff has lost their password, it's very simple to help them reset it. It is vital to the security of your account that all users have a unique password known only to them. The following article will outline how to send a password reset.

 

STEP 1:

 Login to the Eztix and Click on "GLOBAL EVENT MANAGEMENT"


STEP 2:

 Click on USER MANAGEMENT


STEP 3:

 Click on the CHANGE PASSWORD link beside the user in question.


STEP 4:

This user will be sent an email, to their address on file, containing a link to our password reset form.
