In brief: Occasionally the names of your guests will change and you will want to update you booking.
Select Bookings and search for the Customer's name OR go to the Events tab and scroll/jump to the event date on which the booking lives.
Find the Guest's Booking that requires alteration.
Click the Edit button under TICKETS AND GUEST INFORMATION. The guest editing interface will open.
Edit the First and Last Name fields and click save.
- You can add email addresses for each guest on the event. Adding an email address for additional guests will add that guest to the post event email list.
- Changing the guest name does not changing the billing information associated with the order. Only the name associated with an individual ticket.
- E-Tickets are updated automatically.
