In brief: Occasionally the names of your guests will change and you will want to update you booking. 


STEP 1:

Select Bookings and search for the Customer's name OR go to the Events tab and scroll/jump to the event date on which the booking lives.

STEP 2:

Find the Guest's Booking that requires alteration.


STEP 3:

Click the Edit button under TICKETS AND GUEST INFORMATION. The guest editing interface will open.


STEP 4:

Edit the First and Last Name fields and click save.  

NOTE: 

  • You can add email addresses for each guest on the event. Adding an email address for additional guests will add that guest to the post event email list. 
  • Changing the guest name does not changing the billing information associated with the order. Only the name associated with an individual ticket. 
  • E-Tickets are updated automatically.
