In brief: Automatic email confirmations are not sent to Offline Bookings guests as an assumption is made that the guest has already received their confirmation from the sales partner who booked the guest. If you have a situation where a confirmation email is required please refer to the following steps:


HOW TO SEND AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION TO AN OFFLINE BOOKING GUEST 


STEP 1: Locate the booking within the applicable tour or event date.

STEP 2: Click the ReSend Tickets button within the booking.

STEP 3: Confirm the email address where the email should be sent and make and adjustments needed.

STEP 4: Click Send.


NOTE: The ReSend link will only appear on bookings where an email address was supplied when the booking was created.


HOW TO EDIT AN OFFLINE BOOKING 

Complete the following steps to edit an Offline Booking and ADD AN EMAIL ADDRESS.


STEP 1: Locate the booking within the applicable tour or event date or through the OCP My Bookings Tab. 

STEP 2: :Click the Edit Offline Booking link below the booking.

STEP 3: Make the necessary edits to the offline booking.

STEP 4: Click Save.
