In brief: Editing Vendors may be needed from time to time in order to keep your fees and contact information up to date. The following solution article will outline how to edit vendor details, edit vendor associations and edit vendor pricing.


HOW TO EDIT VENFOR DETAILS



STEP 1:

Login to the EzTix Organizer Control Panel here.


STEP 2:

In the menu bar along the top of your work screen, click GLOBAL EVENT MANAGEMENT


STEP 3:

In the menu bar to the left of your work screen, click TOUR VENDORS.


STEP 4:

Locate the vendor in the list you need to alter and click the "Edit Details" button in the manage menu on the right hand side. 


STEP 5:

Edit the appropriate fields and click Save Vendor.


HOW TO EDIT VENDOR ASSOCIATIONS


STEP 1:

Back in the Vendors List, click on Set Templates beside the vendor you need to edit.


STEP 2:

Adding a new template for this vendor is easy:  just click or tap the grey arrow to the left of their name in the Available Templates box, or drag and drop their template card into the Active Templates list.


STEP 3:

To remove a template from this Vendor's profile, either click the red circle with a white "x" in the upper right corner of the template card, or drag and drop their template card back into the Available Template list.  Drag and drop will not work on a mobile device.


STEP 4:

To edit the fees associated to a vendor, you will need to select the type of payment (Tiered or Per Person) and then select the value associated with the parameters that you have laid out.  

TIERED PRICING
This will allow you to set pricing based on ranges of tour group sizes. For example, you will have negotiated that you will pay a flat rate of $50 for a group between 5 and 7 people, and for 8 - 12 you will pay $75.  
Select Tiered on in the PAY VENDOR dropdown menu and enter the fields with the range of guests (as explained in the scenario above).  If you would like to have multiple tiers of pricing, simply select ADD TIER and save!

PER PERSON
You may need to edit the pricing per person. Simply select Per Guest under the PAY VENDOR dropdown menu (pictured below) and fill in the fee. Once you've made all of your changes, click on the Save Associations button.
