In brief: The following article will outline how to add a custom text, warning or announcement  "Call Out" message to your guest's Booking Process to alert customers of pertinent information such as an upcoming weather warning. 


HOW TO ADD A CALLOUT TO THE BOOKING PROCESS


STEP 1: 

Click on  Templates

Callouts are done at the template template, so locate the one you'd like to add a callout to and click "Edit Template"


STEP 2:

Click on the Customization tab in the left hand menu bar.

Scroll to the Integrated Sales Process Callout and add your copy.



Note that Callouts are limited to 150 characters.


STEP 3:

Click Save.

The Call Out warning appears on step one of the Booking Process on the date selection page. This is the first thing your guest will see!
