In Brief: Enable French, German, Italian and Spanish in addition to English for your Integrated Sales Process and E-certificate sales and related emails to your guests.  While English must be supported, you may toggle on or off additional languages by editing your Templates.  Remember to add the required copy for your template's Description & Cross Sell Description (Template Editor) Ticket Type descriptions (Templates > Template Name> Ticket Types) and Emails, Ticketing Page and E-Ticket (Templates > Template Name > Customizations)


HOW TO ENABLE MULTIPLE LANGUAGES


STEP 1: 

Login to EzTix


STEP 2: 

Click on Templates


STEP 3: 

Click Edit Template on the tour or class you'd like to enable multiple languages on.

STEP 4: 

Scroll down the page to the Advanced Options Section and select the languages you would like to enable.



STEP 5: 

Click Save.



UPDATE FIELDS THAT REQUIRE COPY IN YOUR SELECTED LANGUAGES 


Template Descriptions


  • Add an Event Name in each of the language boxes.
  • Scroll to Event Description.
  • One by one, click on the tabs for each language and add description copy in the specified language.
  • Click Save.


Ticket Types

  • In the left hand menu, click on Ticket Types.
  • Click on the edit link beside a ticket type.
  • Locate the Advanced Options label, and click Show
  • One by one, click on the tabs for each language and add a ticket type label.
  • Click Save in the Manage menu to the right side of your ticket type.
  • Repeat this process for each ticket type.

Emails, Ticketing Page & E-Ticket

  • Click on the Customizations button in the left hand menu bar.
  • The first open tab is the Ticketing Page.  Scroll down to the Integrated Sales Process Callout and add copy to the tabs if you require a callout message to your buyers online.  This is optional.

  • Click the Save Button in this section.  Otherwise your changes will not be saved.
  • Click on the E-Ticket tab.
  • Scroll down to the Additional Text section and add any copy you require to each of the tabs. This is optional.


  • Click the Save Button in this section.  Otherwise your changes will not be saved.
  • Click on the E-Mails tab.
  • The first email to edit is the section for Additional Details on Confirmation Email.  Add copy for each of the tabs. This is optional
  • Click the Save Button in this section.  Otherwise your changes will not be saved.
  • Next, scroll down and repeat the process on the Event Reminder email.  This will be sent to all guests and will require copy in each language.
  • Click the Save Button in this section.  Otherwise your changes will not be saved.
  • One last time... this time for the Post Event Email.  This is optional.
  • Click the Save Button in this section.  Otherwise your changes will not be saved.
