In brief: EzTix Tour Partners can now set tours to Pending status in bulk using the Advanced Options tools when adding Tour Dates into their calendar. To do so, simply follow the steps outlined below.


STEP 1: 

  • Click "Templates" tab.

STEP 2: 

  • Click "Manage Tour Dates" next to the template you wish to add dates for.

STEP 3:  

  • The calendar appears. Click the date on which you wish to start adding tours.

STEP 4:  

  • Enter your single or Recurring event settings, and click the blue "Show" link next to "Advanced Options."

STEP 5:  

  • Toggle the tour status to "Pending."

STEP 6:  

  • Click create, and let the magic happen! Your Tour Dates will now be set to PENDING status when the process has completed.
