In brief: This article will show you how to configure or change your Tour Guides' reminder emails. These reminder emails are automatically sent prior to a tour you've assigned a guide to.


HOW TO ENABLE REMINDER EMAILS TO YOUR TOUR GUIDES


STEP 1:

Login to EzTix


STEP 2:

Select Global Event Management on the top right hand side of your screen.


STEP 3:

Click on User Management in the menu bar on the left of the work view.


STEP 4:

Locate the Tour Guide in your list of users, and select Edit User from the right hand side actions menu - corresponding to that user.  


STEP 5:

Once this screen loads, you'll see your permissions.


STEP 6:

Verify their email address is up to date, and select the check box beside "Send Reminder Email 24 hours prior to tour start."

STEP 7:

Save.
