In brief: This article will outline how to automatically send the guide assigned to your tours an up to date guest list from EzTix.


ENABLE EMAILING GUEST LISTS TO YOUR GUIDES


STEP 1:

Login to EzTix


STEP 2:

Click on the Templates tab at the top of your work view.


STEP 3:

Locate the template which corresponds to the tour you'd like to send the guest list from.  Click the Edit Template link to the right of the tour's name.


STEP 4:

Click Edit Details.


STEP 5:

In the Edit Details screen, scroll to Notification Settings.


STEP 6:

Ensure the check box beside "Send Guest List To Tour Guide" is selected.


STEP 7:

Set the number of hours before the event start time that the email should send. It must be a whole number (decimals will not work).


STEP 8:

Click the SAVE button at the bottom of the work view. Your guest lists will now be sent automatically to your tour guides that are assigned to the respective tour template.
