In brief: The following article outlines the steps involved to send your tour guides their upcoming schedules.


STEP 1:

Click "Global Event Management" in the main header.


STEP 2:

Click "Notifications" in the left hand menu.


STEP 3:

At the bottom of the page, click "configure tour guide schedule email"


STEP 4:

  • Select the start and end date of the scheduling period you wish to send.
  • Select the Tour Guides you wish to send schedules to.
  • Click "Preview List" to see a summary of the information to be sent.
  • Verify the details of the schedules to be sent in the preview screen, and click "Send Schedules"
  • You will receive confirmation that the schedules have been sent.
  • Your Tour Guides will immediately receive their schedule emails to the inbox.
