In brief: The following article outlines the steps involved to send your tour guides their upcoming schedules.
Click "Global Event Management" in the main header.
Click "Notifications" in the left hand menu.
At the bottom of the page, click "configure tour guide schedule email"
- Select the start and end date of the scheduling period you wish to send.
- Select the Tour Guides you wish to send schedules to.
- Click "Preview List" to see a summary of the information to be sent.
- Verify the details of the schedules to be sent in the preview screen, and click "Send Schedules"
- You will receive confirmation that the schedules have been sent.
- Your Tour Guides will immediately receive their schedule emails to the inbox.
