In brief: Your tour guides can have their schedules synchronize with their calendar apps with a single click in EzTix.  The feed also generates a complete tour calendar for Managers and Administrators.


STEP 1:

Login to EzTix: http://login.eztix.com


STEP 2:

Click on EVENTS tab at the top of your page


STEP 3:

Select "Subscribe" 


STEP 4:

This calendar feed will be used by the apps on your phones, tablets or computers to add assigned tours (guides) or the complete schedule (Managers, Admin).


STEP 5:

Follow the instructions from your calendar app (Mac Calendar, Outlook, etc.) to complete the subscription. Alternatively, you will find a link to each guide's individual feed in User Management (Managers/Admin only).
All done!  Your assigned tour schedule will now appear automatically in your calendar.
