In brief: You may want to change the title or terms of the check-in waiver and apply them to different templates. To do so, contact Partner Support via partnersupport@eztix.com with the following information:

  1. Your company name.
  2. The final draft of your custom check-in terms and/or title attached in a word document. 
  3. The template names you would like to apply the title and/or check-in terms and conditions to.


Once you have sent this over, we will have our legal department vet the waiver or terms and conditions and once it is approved - it will be live on your account. 


NOTE: If you have template specific custom check-in terms enabled, your guests will be checked in with these terms. If you have general custom terms (not template specific), they will be checking in and agreeing to EZTIX'S PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If you have no custom terms, but have enabled the waiver, the standard EzTix terms and conditions will apply.
