Sometimes emails can get lost in the mix. We get it! That's why we've made it simple for you to retrieve your lost ticket confirmation email.
Follow these steps:
Go to www.eztix.com in your browser window if you aren't there already!
Select the "Resend Tickets" button in the top right hand side of your screen
On that screen, enter the email address and last name associated with the purchaser. Ensure not to accidentally add any extra spaces when typing it in. Click Next.
Then, you will be presented with a list of events or experiences that you may have purchased tickets for. Select the correct experience and select the "Resent Tickets" button next to the correct experience.
