In brief: The Sales Info tab is what our Customer Support Team needs and uses to best represent your experiences to your guests. The following article will outline how to edit the information in this section of your account.


STEP 1: Select Templates from the  menu at the top of your screen.

STEP 3: Select the Sales Info tab on the left hand side of the screen.



STEP 4: Please fill out all of the various fields listed. Information regarding General Sales Info, Refund & Exchanges, Escalation Policy, Young Guests, Food Allergies and Restrictions, Oversell Capacity, Accessibility, Private Bookings and Late Sales all reside here for the support centre's reference.  Please ensure you save any changes and update as necessary should these details change.
