In brief: There is currently no automated notification for a customer who has abandoned cart. Customers will not be prompted to reconsider their transaction should they stop their check-out process.

Alternatively, you can set up the integration with Google Analytics on your website to track drop off rates, and specifically track when buyers might be prompted to exit the process. I.e. Consider that your buyer questions might be deterring your ticket buyers.
