In brief: TICKET LIMIT MAXIMUMS can be set for tours and events, however ticket limit minimums cannot. EzTix does not recommend ticket minimums to run a tour as this can prevent ticket sales, even a tour with two people on it may yield in great reviews that could in turn sell future tickets. However, if there is no other option but to enforce a ticket minimum requirement for a tour to operate please follow the few steps below to ensure that your guests are aware of the contingency:


Step 1:

Create a BUYER QUESTION that outlines how many tickets are required for a tour to operate (I.e. The tour requires a minimum of four guests to run. In the event that the tour minimum is not met please select one of the following options:)


Step 2:  

Use the drop down menu answer to create fields such as: Contact us for a date exchange, Convert my order to a gift certificate, Issue a Refund.


Step 3:

Be sure to select that this question is required to be answered to complete the purchase.


Step 4:

Select which tour template to apply this buyer question to and save.
