In brief: Partners with Admin user accounts and EzTix Agents are able to edit and add to the Sales Notes field in EzTix. Pertinent information with specific directions can be listed here and are visible by Customer Support Agents in the call centre to assist with customer queries. Typically information here is outside of what the FAQs offer as it is just information visible to agents. I.e. Where to direct late guests, current promotion campaigns, partners on vacation, etc.
To access login to EzTix > Global Event Management > Scroll to Sales Notes. Be sure to save amendments.
Whatever is written here will be reflected in the Call Centre for easy agent access:
