  • The financial details will reflect the original purchase details and no price difference is accounted for. In other words if Tour A is 10$ less than Tour B, when transferred to Tour B It will not automatically charge the guest the extra $10. The guest will not be impacted financially. 
  • Buyer question answers will not transfer from one tour to the other when an exchange is made as the buyer questions and answers on different tour templates are independent of each other and apply specifically to a particular booking. Despite the fact that it may be the same buyer question being asked in Tour A as in Tour B: I.e. "do you have any dietary restrictions?", the system can't recognize that it's technically the same question or same wording, as they are independent from each other and the administrator or manager will need to upload the original answers to the new booking.

NOTE: If you are "exchanging" tickets of a lower ticket type to a higher ticket type and want your guest to pay the difference then you must actually purchase the new tickets and refund the previous order.
