In brief: In the event that tickets need to be sold to a tour after the experience has ended, the experience's start and end time need to be adjusted to the date in which tickets are trying to be sold (to make the experience live again).


STEP 1:

Locate the tour in question that needs to be adjusted through the Calendar view or Events tab and select "All Events (Including Closed/Cancelled)" and select Edit.


STEP 2:

Adjust the Start and End dates and times (if necessary) to today's current date.


I.e. The example below had an original tour date on October 4th, we need to sell tickets to it and therefore adjust it to today's date, October 10th.

STEP 4:

Go through the process of selling tickets as you typically would. Please see the article HOW TO SELL TICKETS TO GUESTS.


STEP 5:

The start and end time should then be adjusted to make the tour unavailable again so that other guests do not attempt to book an experience that was actually in the past. The date of the tour cannot be adjusted back into the past, so it is beneficial to document the booking notes to indicate that these tickets were sold to a tour in the past and list original tour date.
