In Brief; You may receive an email or call from your guests letting you know that they either need to change or update their dietary restriction information. Please follow if you have enabled the Dietary Alert feature onto your template(s).

How to Edit the Dietary Alert Information Step-by-Step 

Step 1:

Select Events tab

Step 2:

Select The Event Title on which the guests are booked. 

Step 3: 

Select the My Bookings Tab

Step 4: 

Scroll down to the Booking Transaction on the Event, and click on that guest's booking

Step 5:

Select Edit above "Tickets and Guest Information". 

Step 6:

Select or Deselect the New Dietary Restriction Information. 

Editing the guest's Dietary restrictions can also be done through the BOOKINGS tab, searching and selecting a booking, then following steps 4 to 6.
