ISSUE

A FAIL Scan screen presents itself after you have tried to scan valid tickets or passes.

I.e.


RESOLUTION

As outlined in the EzTix Scanner Guide in Step 2 you need to select an Event before you can scan any tickets successfully:

1. Select the "Change Event" button near the bottom of the screen


2. Find and tap your current event on the list of events that will populate on the screen.


3. Test scanning the ticket again now that you are in the correct event.
