When logged into the EzScanner App, having selected the correct Producer and Event, and attempting to scan, the camera scanning feature is not picking up any images and the screen is black.



  • The App needs to be granted access to the camera on the iPhone. To do this please go into the iPhone's Settings:

  • Scroll down to where the iPhone's Apps are listed and select EzScanner.
  • Confirm that the Camera function is ON:
  • Test scanning within the App again.
