In order to sell tickets, track commission, reconcile bookings through a third party sales agent, you will first need to store the agency details, enable the experiences you would like to sell, set commission rates and settings, and add agents. Your agents, will then be set up with a unique login to login and access a portal, where they will be able to sell your experiences on your behalf. The EzAgent system will track what agency and agent made the booking, the commission rate, as well as the payment method used to book. Before all this can happen, you will need to follow these three steps;

Step 1: ADD AGENCY DETAILS
Login to your Account and Select Global Event Management
Access our Ez Agent tab on the left hand side menu.
Select Create New Agency button to begin the Agency Creation process.
NOTE: You must create an Agency first to add or create agents. Even if you are offering to sell your products through an independent reseller, or an individual, you can simply name the agency that person's name, or their small business name.
Fill in fields in the form to complete the details. Note, the email address will be the default notifications email that all notifications, account settings, bookings will go to.
We recommend going with the email of the agency account manager.
In order for the guest to receive information about the AGENCY that booked, you will need to select the tickbox "Primary Booking Contact". The agency contact details will be available in the guest confirmation email with instructions to contact the agency first.
At the bottom of the form, you will need to select how the agents belonging to that agency will interact with bookings in terms of the Payment details.
Types of Payment Details;
Select what options your agency (and agents) will have in selling your experiences. Note, Gross payment (Guest Credit Card) is always an available payment method and is the default pay method. Gross payment method is also used with Affiliate links.
1. GROSS PAY or PRE PAY ON GUEST'S CREDIT CARD
The guest credit card will be used to pay the full price of the ticket plus any commission rate.
2. NET PAYMENT or PRE PAY ON AGENCY CREDIT CARD:
Agent credit card will be used to pay the net amount, before commission.
Payment is collected from guests separately by the agency. Commission is then collected from the EzTix partner and paid to the agency after the fact.
3. POST PAYMENT:
Agents can book experiences without payment but will be invoiced separately by the EzTix partner after the booking takes place for the value of the tickets agreed to between the EzTix partner and the agency or agent.
NOTE: The Agents will all automatically have the option to pay the gross amount on the Guest's credit card.
On the next step where you enable experiences, you'll be able to decide what commission rate your agents will receive for each experience and each ticket type that you decide to make available for agency bookings.
Edit your agency details and payment details anytime after creating an agency by selecting Edit Agency next to that agency in the list.
Step 2: SET AGENCY EXPERIENCE SETTINGS AND COMMISSION RATES
Step 1. The next step will be to select or enable the ticket types on the experiences you would like to offer by ensuring the tick box is selected next to the corresponding ticket type.
Quickly make all ticket types on all your experiences available to be sold by this agency by clicking the tickbox under "Available" at the top of the experiences chart.
In order to deactivate/disable an experience select "Do no Offer This Experience" and all settings for that experience will be greyed out and will not be offered/available to this agency or any agent selling tickets on behalf of the agency.
Step 2. Set your Commission Rate for Each Ticket Type and Experience
Begin typing in the net price OR the effective commission rate (%) into the corresponding fields adjacent to each experience and ticket type.
The system will naturally calculate the the relative commission percentage rate vs net rate of the tickets currently listed on your template > ticket types.
If you would like to retain 90% of your ticket price to cover your costs for that experience, you can offer a 10% commission rate for your agency.
As an example, If the Children/Senior tickets for the Taste of Chinatown are are 30.00, Net Rate is set at 27.00, the effective commission rate for your Agency is 10%.

NOTE: The gross ticket price that populates is what your current ticket price is set at under your templates. If you update the ticket price on your templates, the agency commission rate/net value of the tickets will dynamically update, so you will not have to edit the agency details if you make changes to your website.
NEXT STEP is to set up your first agent. There must be a minimum of one agent per agency and only name and email address are required.
Once you have set up one agent, your agency will be complete.
