In Brief;

The first step in working with Ez Agent is setting up an Agency. Once you have created an Agency, with your main contact who will become your first agent, you will be able to add more agents who can login to a unique portal and sell your experiences on your behalf at set rates. 

Step 1 - Navigate to Global Event Management 

Step 2- Navigate to Ez Agent tab on the left hand side menu. 

Step 3 - If you have already created an Agency, you will see your agency in the list. 

To view your agent (you must create at least one agent when creating an agency), or to add new agents to that agency, simply select Agents from the right hand menu adjacent to that agency. 

You will then see a list of existing agents affiliated with that agency. 

Step 4 - To create or Add an agent to that Agency, select "Add an Agent" 

Next, fill out the form details. Note only first and last name, as well as email address is required. 

Select "Send a copy of all agency notifications to this agent" if you would like this specific agent to receive a notification email every time a booking is made or amended, on that agency. 

Once you have clicked SAVE, you can always make changes to the agent details by navigating to Ez Agent > Agencies > Agents > and clicking "Edit Details" next to the corresponding agent, which will launch the same Agent Details form. 

Should you wish to delete or restrict booking access from an agent, you can simply navigate to Agents from your Agency list (details above) and click on their "ACTIVE" status to render them inactive. 

Should you wish to confirm their inactive status, you can toggle the Inactive Agency Visibility switch to ON, and view inactive agents.
