In Brief;

Your login credentials to login to the EzAgent portal will be provided by your EzTix partner or agency contact, and a reset password link will be sent to your email address. Once you have logged in, you may need to update your name, or telephone number. 

Step 1. Login to the portal at 

Step 2. Select Settings in the left hand side menu 

Simply  update your name, telephone number or request a password reset email, however you will need to contact your agency contact or EzTix Partner contact to create a new email login or change your email address.
