Ez Agent Bookings, if generated by an affiliate sales link or through an agent in the portal, will appear different in Bookings in your account as well as to EzTix Support Centre agents with an Orange indicator on the top of the booking details, when opened. 

How will refund requests and exchange requests be handled by the EzTix Support Team for Ez Agent bookings, made through an affiliate link or through an agent portal?

All Ez Agent bookings will follow the same escalation policy regarding refund and exchange requests as all other regular bookings coming through your website for that particular experience. 

To update your refund or exchange policy, navigate to your Templates > Click on the template > click the Sales Info tab and select the refund/exchange policy.
