You will be required to provide either the policy ID, email used to complete your purchase or the transaction number and the insurance claim process will begin. Please note that you will have had to choose to purchase ticket insurance before the start date of the experience, or be auto opted in to submit a claim


Your confirmation email will suggest that your transaction is insured or not, and the parameters of the coverage purchased.
