ISSUE

When attempting to login to the EzScanPass App, the App closes before you are able to enter your credentials.


RESOLUTION

  • Go into the DO NOT USE folder on the iPhone and find the Safari App
  • Type this URL:¬†https://www.eztix.co/backend.php/app-distribution/10 into the browser
  • Click on Download/Update App.¬†
  • The newest version of the App is 1.1.0
  • The EzScanner will perform a quick update after which you can attempt to login to the App again.
